Man who duped elderly to splurge on drinks held in Mumbai

To cheat the police, an alleged criminal took on a new identity, changed his address, and switched off his phone when he was out duping people. He was tracked down by officials of Malad police station through technical surveillance. Anvar Shaikh aka Munavvar, 47, is now behind bars. Shaikh told cops he duped the elderly and splurged his loot on intoxicants.
