HC cites TOI, will seek BMC reply on CM’s posters

The Bombay high court on Friday said it would seek the response of the state government and BMC to a news report that municipal commissioner Iqbal Chahal had given strict instructions to municipal employees not to remove any poster or banner featuring chief minister Eknath Shinde.
