Video of boy urinating shared on soc's WA

The secretary and member of a housing society in the city have been booked under the stringent Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act case after a video of a nine-year-old resident urinating on the staircase, recovered from CCTV footage, was shared widely on two messaging groups formed with all residents.
