Maha cabinet okays Rs 10k cr escalation in cost for Metro 3

The expanded state cabinet of the Eknath Shinde-Devendra Fadnavis government on Wednesday approved the escalated cost for the 33.5km underground Metro Line 3 project (Colaba to Seepz, Andheri). The original cost was estimated at Rs 23,136 crore which has now been revised to Rs 33,405 crore.
