Maha: FYJC cut-offs dip further in 2nd list

The fall in first year junior college (FYJC) cut-offs continued with the second merit list in top-rung colleges registering a drop of up to three percentage points compared to the cut-offs in the first list. Last year's second round cut-offs had fallen by an average of two percentage points compared to the first list then.
