Andheri residents fume at drop in BEST Diwali services

At a time BEST announced overwhelming response to its Diwali offer of five rides for just Rs 9 through a special pass (leading to 23,000 new commuters in a week), daily bus passengers at Lokhandwala and nearby areas in Andheri (West) complained of a drop in services, especially during the Diwali rush.
