Mumbai: 2 siblings sell crackers sans nod, booked

Two brothers have been booked for violating police norms and storing Diwali crackers for sale without prior permission. A D N Nagar police constable carrying out a check of illegal sales found the duo had set up a stall on the roadside in Andheri (W) without following fire protection or safety norms. On quizzing them, he learned they had not even secured police permission.
