'Larger design': No HC relief for Elgar accused

Denying bail to accused Jyoti Jagtap of the Kabir Kala Manch, the Bombay HC on Monday said that the Elgar Parishad event of December 31, 2017, was "a smaller conspiracy within the larger design and conspiracy of CPI (Maoist) to further its agenda...to overthrow the democratically elected government of our country."
