Spl police teams to deal with violence in Maha

The state home department led by Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday promulgated stringent guidelines to prevent honour killings, khap panchayat orders, mob violence and mob lynchings in keeping with recommendations of the Supreme Court. The apex court had on March 27 and October 1, 2018, given directions to all state governments to put in place guidelines to halt such crimes.
