Court denies teen bail so he can study

Observing that there will be a disturbance in the education he was receiving at the observation home, a sessions court has refused to grant bail to a now 18-year-old youth who was booked along with six others for assaulting and murdering a 20-year-old man over old enmity at Ghatkopar in 2021. The boy, accused of being part of the murder, was 17 years old at the time of the crime.
