Thane: Shinde faction & BJP claim victory on 80% seats

Chief minister Eknath Shinde-led Bala Saheb's Shiv Sena and Bhartiya Janta Party's supporters have claimed to win about 80 per cent of the seats in Thane district in the first gram panchayat elections held after the Shinde and BJP government came to power in Maharashtra.
