HC slams bldr for ‘not laying a brick in 18 yrs’

The Bombay high court on Friday held that a bona fide developer can never sit on the fence and on one hand keep delaying a project and on the other not comply with the legitimate entitlement of slum dwellers who have lost their houses, by not paying them transit rent and keep some amount in an escrow account.
