2 kidnappers held using GPS in ransom get life

Twelve years after Pune police tracked down a five-year-old boy's kidnappers using a GPS chip in the ransom money bag, the Bombay HC upheld the life term imposed on two of them, but acquitted two others sentenced to three years' rigorous imprisonment for concealing stolen property.
