After 12 years, HC acquits 4 men of Pune double murder

Twelve years after the ‘murder’ of two Pune residents, the Bombay HC found that one of them “did not die a homicidal death” and terming the belated identification parade a “farce”, acquitted the four men convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment by a trial court in 2015, reports Swati
