Bank fraud: Bombay HC grants bail to Darekar

The Bombay high court on Tuesday granted Pravin Darekar, a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), pre-arrest bail in an alleged bank fraud case but directed him to co-operate as and when called by the investigating agency for the probe.​
