Puducherry express hit by loco in Mumbai, derails

In a major safety lapse, three coaches of Dadar-Puducherry express derailed after loco pilot of train number 11139 CSMT-Gadag Express jumped the red signal and collided into it between Dadar and Matunga on Central Railway (CR) on Friday evening. There were no casualties or injuries to any passenger in the trains.
