Man strangles wife to death over ‘salty’ breakfast in front of son

A 40-year-old homemaker was murdered by her husband at their home in Bhayander on Friday morning as he found the breakfast served to him too salty. The couple’s 12-year-old son, who was at home at the time, tried to intervene to save his mother, but failed, said the police.
