3 deaths in city in half of April, March had 4

Maharashtra recorded 44 Covid-related deaths, including three in Mumbai, in the first fortnight of April. In comparison, the city recorded four deaths and the state toll was 77 in entire March. Health officials, however, said there is no cause for concern as far as the number of deaths, daily caseload and active cases were concerned.
