Without naming lawmaker couple Ravi and Navneet Rana, who were arrested following a high-voltage face-off with the Shiv Sena over reciting the Hanuman Chalisa outside the Thackeray family's home in Bandra, chief minister Uddhav Thackeray on Monday said people are welcome to Matoshree and chant, but "there has to be a proper method and manners".
