HC notice to govt on gag on ex-def men

Bombay high court on Tuesday issued notice in a petition filed by two retired defence personnel from Pune challenging a notification issued last year by the Centre restricting retired officials of security organisations and military personnel from publishing or writing anything about war and defence without Centre's prior nod.
