Pvt co has got HC nod for control of 6,375 acres of Kanjur land

Even as the Centre and the state were slugging it out in court over the ownership of the 102-acre Kanjurmarg Metro car shed plot, it transpires that a private entity-Adarsh Water Parks & Resorts-was able to obtain a consent decree from the Bombay high court for the entire Kanjur village (east and west), spread over approximately 6,375 acres, that includes the disputed plot.
